Labour Purges: The Law Strikes Back

Labour left MP, Kate Osborne, has been sent a disciplinary notice because she said ‘solidarity’ to Rebecca Long-Bailey when Rebecca was forced to resign from the shadow cabinet. The notice was only rescinded after Osborne’s legal team wrote a strongly worded letter to the GLU, who now claim it had been sent in error. Trouble is, they did the exact same thing to the chair of young Labour just a few days ago and were, again, forced to rescind the notice, claiming it had been sent in error.

Osborne points out that she was lucky as she had access to legal representation and asks how many ordinary left wing members have been similarly mistreated, subjected to such spurious claims and suspended?
