I first made a complaint to the Labour Party about corrupt staff members in the summer of 2018. When this complaint was ignored I made further complaints about the shambolic complaints system, and when these were ignored I submitted a Subject Access Request. This was also ignored so I went to the Information Commissioner twice and he upheld both of my complaints. The EHRC have recently concluded that the Labour Party complaints system was indeed a complete and utter joke, especially under Ian McNicol.

One of my complaints was that Labour Party members were openly attacking and bullying Jeremy Corbyn supporters and that some members were involved in the campaign to close down Jeremy Corbyn supporting websites like the Canary.

The mainstream press were never going to give Corbyn a chance and therefore it was essential that news websites like the Canary were there to inform members. The attacks on the Canary came from the Stop Funding Fake News campaign. As we now know (thanks to the leaked Labour Report) many senior people in the Labour Party worked to ensure that Labour lost two General Elections. We now know that Keir Starmer’s chief-of-staff Morgan McSweeney launched the Stop Funding Fake News campaign. No wonder the Party don’t want to deal with my complaints. All of my complaints went to the heart of the corrupt campaign that was launched against the Corbyn Project by Labour Party members of which antisemitism complaints was just one component. My original complaint was that a particular Labour Party member was attacking and abusing Labour Party members in a disgusting way on a daily basis. The abuse meted out far outweighed anything Corbyn supporters were being accused of. It was a clear case of double standards. When the Party failed to act I went to speak to Dorset police instead and received two crime numbers. The Party continued to ignore my complaints about this person (even though they knew all about their behaviour, as revealed in the leaked Labour Report) and this person is still a member in December 2020, over two years later. This is despite the fact that they openly campaigned against the Party in the 2019 General Election. My case exposes the fact that corruption inside the much criticised complaints system has meant that there is nothing you can say and nothing you can do to get kicked out of the Party, just so long as you aim your abuse at Corbyn an his supporters. And if you’re a Corbyn supporter, just about anything you say can get you kicked out.

I’ve now resubmitted all of my complaints in hardcopy to David Evans and I’ve given him until 31st December to make sure that my complaints are investigated. If they are not I’m going back to the EHRC to tell them that the Party have failed to implemented the EHRC’s recommendations.
