Linda Ronstadt, the highly acclaimed American singer known for her versatile voice and ability to cross multiple musical genres, has spoken out at Donald Trump. Ronstadt gave a statement when Trump booked a rented hall in her hometown which has her name on it. Born in 1946, Ronstadt rose to fame in the 1970s and became one of the most successful female artists of the decade. Her music spans rock, country, pop, folk, and Latin styles, earning her numerous awards, including 10 Grammy Awards. Some of her best-known hits include “You’re No Good,” “Blue Bayou,” and “Don’t Know Much.”

Having booked the hall, Ronstadt stated “I would prefer not to ignore this sad fact…”

“There is no forgiving or forgetting the heartbreak he caused.”
