Police appeal for distressed man missing in Poole

Officers are appealing for help from the public to locate a man who has gone missing from Poole.

Richard Clark, 59, was discovered missing from an address at Beacon Hill Touring Park on Blandford Road North at around 10.45am on Tuesday 13 July 2021.

Richard is described as white and six feet three inches tall with mousey-coloured hair that is greying. He was last seen wearing a mint green T-shirt, blue jeans and black trainers.

Chief Inspector Stuart Pitman, of Dorset Police, said: “Richard is understood to have been upset recently and we are concerned for his welfare. We are carrying out searches of the area as we are keen to locate him and make sure he is OK.

“I would urge anyone with information as to Richard’s whereabouts, or who sees a man matching the description given, to please contact us.

“Finally, I would appeal directly to Richard if you see this to please contact us or your family as we just want to make sure you are safe.”
