Officers are renewing their appeal and issuing a CCTV image of man they would like to identify following an attempted burglary at a bike shop in Blandford.

Between 10.45pm and 11pm on Tuesday 23 July 2024, it is reported that a man attempted to gain entry to Offcamber Cycles in Salisbury Street.

Damage was caused to the window, but entry was not gained to the shop.

Police Constable Ashlea Gale, of Blandford Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “Following initial enquiries into this incident, I have now obtained a CCTV image of a man I would like to identify.

“I appreciate the image is not the best quality, but I am hoping someone may still be able to recognise him.”
