Officers investigating burglaries at a recycling centre in Sherborne are issuing a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to.

At approximately 7.35pm on Monday 18 October and 11.50pm on Sunday 24 October 2021 the Sherborne Household Recycling Centre in West Mill Lane was broken into.

On both occasions a number of items were stolen, including scrap metal and various tools.

Police Community Support Investigator Kayleigh Hole, of Dorset Police, said: “Following enquiries, I am now in a position to issue a CCTV image of a man I would like to speak to.

“While I appreciate the image is not very clear, I am hoping someone may be able to give us information about his identity based on his build and the clothing he is wearing.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email [email protected] or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55210168672.
