Now I am not an architect but I would guess that when houses are built it is the building regulations that determine the outcome and that the houses are rarely built by the people who live in them. Am I right?
Thus, and call me Mr Picky’ but surely it is the government who are responsible for setting the rules and for those who actually build the properties to follow. Therefore telling the public about where the pipes should run in to is well pointless.
Then we move on to hacking and listening to phone calls. Apparently a ‘litte man in China’ may listen to him chatting to his wife. Not the CIA. Not MI5. Not even Mossad. But a little man in China.
