Mass burglary in Poole

Officers investigating a burglary at a commercial unit in Poole are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to come forward.

At around 1.30am on Monday 13 June 2022 a break-in occurred at a unit at the Chalwyn Industrial Estate. A number of De Walt powers tools were stolen as well as two Kemppi welding tools, a socket set and a Ford Transit tipper van with hydraulic tail lift. The van is dark grey with a white cab.

Police Constable Ben Baxter, of Dorset Police, said: “We are carrying out a number of enquiries into this incident and I would urge anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area around the time of the burglary to please contact us.

“I would also like to hear from anyone who comes across a vehicle or any items matching the descriptions above in suspicious circumstances.”
