NEW Crosstrees apartments completed in Canford Cliffs (Launch event rescheduled due to unforeseen snow)

The popular Crosstrees development in Canford Cliffs will be unveiled following the completion of the final building. The event that was scheduled for Saturday, March 3 was rescheduled due to adverse weather in the south. To mark the completion of the Crosstrees development, luxury London property developer Shape Real Estate has rescheduled the launch event to Saturday, March 24 from 11.00am until 3.00pm.

Crosstrees comprises four high specification properties located on Lilliput Road, Poole, made up of 36 luxury 2 and 3 bedroom apartments just moments from Sandbanks. 80 Crosstrees, the final building in the development is now available to view and the launch event will give people the opportunity to have a private tour of the building and afternoon tea on arrival.

With 60 per cent of the Crosstrees development sold, Shape Real Estate’s final apartments are highly sought-after. Beautifully detailed, the traditional building is surrounded by pines and other grand trees and has the feeling of extravagance with the added security of being in a very safe area.

The final Crosstrees building boasts nine, 2 to 3 bedroom apartments, with prices starting from £450,000, and four properties sold prior to the launch. Those who reserve an apartment on the day of the launch will receive £1,000 towards moving costs, which includes a Home Move package from luxury lifestyle management company, APARO. This service will remove the stress from moving, as APARO will liaise with moving companies to get quotes, organise the removal and delivery of your possessions and set up household utilities at your new Crosstrees apartment.

Riccardo Dawson, head of sales and marketing at Shape Real Estate, said: “As a business we’re very proud of the homes we create across the country including London, but Crosstrees was our first build in Dorset. Following on from its success we have big plans for other, iconic properties in the future.

“We’re selling apartments at the development quicker than we can build them and we’re pleased so pleased to see the Crosstrees development complete, with the final building now available to view. “We hope that all those who have seen Crosstrees while it was being built will join us to celebrate the completion of this beautiful development.”
