Next of kin sought for Weymouth man who died in Dorchester

The Coroner for Dorset is seeking the assistance of the public to find the next of kin for a man who died in Dorchester.

John Wallace, who was 74 years old, died at Dorset County Hospital on Monday 20 June 2022.

His home address was in Market Street in Weymouth.

His death is not suspicious and no police investigation is needed into his death.

Coroner’s Officer Sharon Emmerson said: “We are not treating his death as suspicious, however, we have not been able to locate next of kin.

“If any member of the public has any knowledge of his family members please contact us as soon as possible on 01202 123900.”
