They were warned. They ignored the warnings. The services were under resourced. Thousands are dying unnecessarily.

The time for analysis and judgements is later those on the right say. Only because they know there will be an enormous cover up and yet more lies. People are dying now and anything that can be done to reduce that number must be done. Later is no good when the mourning starts.
