Officers are appealing for information from the public as they carry out searches for a missing Poole man.

Christopher Connolly, aged 66, was last seen at his home address in Phyldon Close at around 4.30pm on Wednesday 3 February 2021.

He is described as white, five feet four inches tall and of small to medium build with blue eyes, greying hair and a beard. He usually wears black jogging bottoms and a beanie hat.

Chief Inspector Derek McKerl, of Dorset Police, said: “Christopher is vulnerable and is believed to have been upset recently so we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

“We are keen to find him as soon as possible to check that he is all right and I would urge anyone with information as to his whereabouts, or who sees a man matching the description given, to please contact us immediately.

“I would also like to appeal directly to Christopher if you see this – please make contact with us and let us know where you are as we just want to ensure that you are safe.”

Anyone with information or knowledge as to Christopher’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email [email protected] or by calling 101, quoting incident number 4:209.
