Officers searching for a missing woman from Swanage are appealing for information from the public to help find her

Officers searching for missing Swanage woman Grace Kent are pleased to say she has been found safe and well.

Grace, aged 23, was reported missing having last been seen at an address in the town at around 9.30am on Tuesday 14 June 2022.

Following extensive enquiries she has been found safe and well.

We would like to thank everyone who helped and shared our appeal.

Grace Kent, aged 23, was reported missing having last been seen at an address in the town at around 9.30am on Tuesday 14 June 2022. She is believed to have left in a vehicle, a grey Volkswagen Polo with the registration YP58 NHZ.

She is described as white, five feet seven inches tall and of slim build with pale green hair that has braids woven in. She was wearing a large woolly red and blue coat as well as blue baggy trousers.

Inspector Gareth Bishop, of Dorset Police, said: “We understand Grace has been upset recently and we are concerned for her welfare. We are carrying out searches in a bid to locate her as soon as possible.

“Our enquiries indicate she may have travelled to the Bournemouth area.

“I would urge anyone who has any information regarding Grace’s whereabouts, or who has seen a woman matching the description given, to please contact us immediately. I would also urge members of the public to report any sightings of the vehicle detailed above.

“Finally, I would like to make a direct appeal to Grace if you see this – please make contact with us or your family and let us know where you are as we just want to make sure you are all right.”
