The National Children’s Bureau (NCB) is a national charity that is working to improve the lives of children and young people.

NCB is interested in finding out how hospital paediatric services work with children, young people, parents and carers in England. As part of this research, we are conducting this survey to collect views of parents and carers on how hospital paediatric services work with you and your child.

If your child has attended any hospital paediatric services, we would be grateful if you could complete this survey.

If you have more than one child who has used or is using a hospital paediatric service, we would be grateful if you could complete one survey for each child.
The survey should take no more than ten minutes of your time.

Completing this survey is completely voluntary and you are free to exit the survey at anytime. We would be grateful if you can complete as many questions as you feel able to.

Answers from everyone who completes this survey will be analysed together for a report that will inform hospitals, the government and patient-led organisations on how to work with parents and their children more effectively in hospitals. Your answers will remain confidential and anonymous.

We would appreciate it if you could complete the survey by 21 February 2016.

If you have any questions, please contact Eva Amalathas at NCB Research Centre: [email protected]
