Yesterday, I had the misfortune of gaining a new client, the reason it was a misfortune is that she has been attacked by hackers and she has lost a large sum of money. The attackers had two different methods of remotely controlling her machine and a remote admin program, so they could pick up her passwords and other activities. If you know someone, elderly or infirmed, please just check with them if they use the internet, that they have some form of protection and not to accept calls claiming they have problems with their computer, it could be your Mum and Dad next!
