Police seek next of kin of man who died in Christchurch hospital

The Coroner for Dorset is seeking the assistance of the public to find the next of kin of a man who died at Christchurch Hospital.

Stephen Mason, who was 68 years old, died at the hospital on Monday 23 May 2022.

His death is not being treated as suspicious and no police investigation is needed into his death.

Coroner’s Officer Grace Monro said: “We are not treating the death as suspicious, however we have not been able to locate his next of kin.

“If any member of the public has any knowledge of his family members, please contact us as soon as possible on 01202 126805.”
