Officers carrying out enquiries to locate a missing 13-year-old boy last seen in Poole are appealing for help from the public to find him.

William Connor, also known as Billy and from Staines-upon-Thames in Surrey, was last seen between 4.30pm and 5pm on Tuesday 11 April 2023 leaving Rockley Holiday Park in Napier Road, Hamworthy.

He is described as six feet one inch tall with mousey blond short hair. William was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, black joggers and a navy blue jacket.

Inspector Matt Buller, of Dorset Police, said: “We believe William may have been intending to travel back to Staines-upon-Thames, but he has not been seen or heard from since leaving Rockley Holiday Park.

“Due to his young age, I am concerned for his welfare and would ask anyone who has seen William, or a boy matching the description given, to please come forward.

“I would also like to appeal directly to William – if you see this appeal, please contact us or your family as we all just want to make sure you are OK.”

Anyone with information or knowledge as to William’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55230055637.
