Officers searching for a woman who went missing from Dorchester are appealing for information from the public to help find her.
Lorraine, aged 48, was reported missing, having last been seen at Dorchester County Hospital in the early hours of Wednesday, 25 March 2026.
She is described as five feet five inches tall with mousey brown hair, which is usually tied up. She was wearing dark or grey coloured clothing and yellow trainers, and carrying a black tote bag with a white logo and a blanket.
A further sighting of Lorraine was subsequently reported in Yeovil town centre on the morning of Friday, 27 March 2026. She is also believed to have links to the Bristol area.
Inspector Adam Gill, of Dorset Police, said: “We are growing concerned for Lorraine’s welfare and are carrying out enquiries to locate her.
“I would ask anyone who has seen Lorraine, or a woman matching the description given, to please come forward.”
