Officers are appealing for information following a burglary at a home in Gillingham.
Between the late evening of Tuesday 6 January and the morning of Thursday 8 January 2026 a burglary occurred at an address in Rolls Bridge Lane.
Items stolen included a silver Nomination Italy bracelet, a gold watch and a golden heart locket with sentimental images inside.
Police Constable Ashlea Gale, of Gillingham Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “We are investigating this incident and I would urge anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area during the relevant time frame to please contact us.
“I am also keen to hear from anyone who may have come across any jewellery matching the items described being offered for sale in unusual circumstances locally or online. We are issuing an image of the stolen locket to assist with this.

“While there is nothing to suggest the victims were at fault in this case, I would also like to take this opportunity to encourage residents to ensure their homes are left secure at all times and consider other simple steps they can take to improve security of their properties.
“Crime prevention techniques include using a light timer switch when your property is empty, light sensors and home CCTV or doorbell cameras.”
