December was a quiet month for on field actions as all the sides consolidated their positions for the mid-season break.
With 3 wins in a row Martin Wollington wouldn’t really have wanted the mid-season break as the Seconds pulled themselves out of the relegation zone. Consecutive clean sheets against Lavant (2-0), Southampton Otters (1-0) and Woking (3-0) made the side one of the form teams in the division before defeat to league leaders Hamble. After the break the seconds restart with tricky matches against second placed Basingstoke and fourth place Trojans.
