Officers are issuing an appeal for help from the public as they search for a missing Bournemouth man.

Kevin Brown, aged 59, was last seen at his home address in Barrow Drive at around 3pm on Tuesday 27 August 2019. He left the address on foot and has not returned since.

Kevin is described as white, six feet tall, of large build and has a bald head with some grey hair on the sides. It is believed he was wearing a black lightweight jacket, blue and white striped T-shirt, light blue denim jeans, black trainers and a black baseball cap.

Chief Inspector Lindsay Dudfield, of Dorset Police, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Kevin’s welfare, particularly as it is believed he does not have access to medication that he needs to take.

“I am appealing for anyone with information as to his whereabouts, or who has seen a man matching the description given since the afternoon of Tuesday 27 August 2019, to please contact police immediately.

“I would also appeal directly to Kevin if you see this to please get in touch with us or your family as we all just want to make sure that you are alright.”

Anyone with information or knowledge as to Kevin’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email [email protected] or by calling 101, quoting incident number 28:254.
