Officers are appealing for the public’s help to locate a Bournemouth man who has gone missing.

Matthew Lomas, aged 29, was last seen at 12.15pm on Monday 16 September 2019 at an address on Alumhurst Road.

Matthew is described as white, five feet eight inches tall and of slim build with blond shoulder-length hair and a goatee beard. He was last seen wearing a baseball cap with a red bandana underneath, jeans and black shoes.

Police Inspector Greg Tansill, of Bournemouth police, said: “We have carried out a number of enquiries so far in a bid to locate Matthew but these have so far been unsuccessful.

“We are becoming increasingly concerned for Matthew’s welfare as he does not have vital medication with him.

“I would ask anyone who has seen Matthew, or a man matching the description given, to please contact Dorset Police.

“Finally if Matthew sees this appeal, I would urge him to please call us as we just want to know you are safe and well.”

Anyone with information or knowledge as to Matthew’s whereabouts is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email [email protected] or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55190145934.
