Raw waste coming up from ‘manholes’ in Dorchester

‘Old Mill, Dorchester. 3rd day of flooding and raw waste water coming up through manholes with wet wipes in pouring into the Mill stream and River Frome.

The car park is flooded.

Vulnerable elderly people live here in sheltered housing.’
