One of Dorset’s leading recruitment companies is undergoing major changes following a partnership buyout. Recruitment consultant Jacqueline Entwistle has purchased shares from her former silent business partner and is now rebranding the company.

Quantum Recruitment was established in 2010 initially to service the staffing requirements for the Quantum Group, but the business soon expanded to become a specialist consultancy in the construction, commercial, hospitality and healthcare sectors looking after clients nationwide.

Last month the final negotiations were completed with Jacqueline now becoming the sole owner and Quantum Recruitment will be rebranded to Real Recruitment Solutions.

Speaking of her optimism for the future, Jacqueline commented “I am passionate about enhancing the already high standards of service we offer and I am really looking forward to seeing Real Recruitment Solutions grow. From our base in Bournemouth we have a professional team supporting our clients and candidates across the UK. The change should be a seamless process, for us it is all about relationship building and offering a bespoke service which will continue under the new company name.”

If the current upward trend is maintained, Real Recruitment Solutions should see continued business growth, following on from a year on year increase. Jacqueline added, “It may be a bit wobbly, but in general the UK economy has improved which has resulted in new jobs being created. In some of our specialist industries such as construction and hospitality there is a significant shortage of highly skilled, qualified personnel, so businesses are far more prepared to hire a boutique recruitment consultancy to help fill important key vacancies. It is well worth the investment and saves them time and money.”
