Russell Brand Identifies Penelope Keith As JFK’s Assassin

This week, the Trump administration released thousands of previously classified documents related to the assassination of the 35th President of the United States. Kennedy was fatally shot during a motorcade in Dallas, Texas, in November 1963. His suspected killer, Lee Harvey Oswald, was himself shot dead just two days later by Dallas nightclub owner Jack Ruby.

Ever since, the circumstances surrounding Kennedy’s death have been the subject of extensive academic research, cultural analysis, and a plethora of ‘conspiracy theories’.

When one moves to the far right, one becomes afflicted with a disabling ‘brain disease’. It is curable, but it requires an ideological shift. In Russell Brand’s case he has found Jehovah, and for some very strange reason, this has transformed him into a Trumpian zealot. We can only surmise why Brand has taken this route, and for legal reasons we are best keeping it to ourselves.

However, the following suggests that the ‘brain disease’ is in full swing and that those who at one time considered Brand somewhat inspiring are now way past the point of bitter disappointment.

Brand swiftly deleted the post, but not before it had been screenshotted and widely shared on X (formerly Twitter), leading to a wave of mockery. Social media users wasted no time in ridiculing Brand for falling for such an outlandish hoax, with many questioning his judgement and ability to discern credible information.

This latest incident only adds to the controversy surrounding Brand, who has become increasingly known for sharing conspiracy theories and misinformation in recent years. While his supporters continue to defend his stance as an anti-establishment commentator, this gaffe has provided fresh ammunition for his critics.

As the discussions around Kennedy’s assassination continue, Brand’s blunder serves as a cautionary tale about the importance of fact-checking, particularly in an age where misinformation spreads rapidly online.

When one chooses to make a political point with such certainty, one should do one’s homework first. In this case, by reading what one posts. This is not challenging, I know, but when one expects to be welcomed by Jehovah in the not-too-distant future, others would expect them to set much higher standards for themselves.

Alas, sadly not.
