CCTV appeal following sexual assault in Bournemouth

Officers investigating a sexual assault in Bournemouth are issuing a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to.

The incident occurred in Urban Garden in Exeter Crescent at around 7pm on Friday 18 June 2021. It was reported that a man sexually assaulted a woman by touching her inappropriately over her clothing before leaving the establishment.

Police Constable Sam Perry, of Bournemouth police, said: “We are carrying out a number of enquiries into this incident and have obtained a CCTV image of a man we would like to speak to as part of our investigation.

“I would urge anyone with information as to his identity to please come forward.”
