Israel literally gets away with murder and slaughter. The Israelis inside the country who oppose the genocide do nothing. The politicians outside of the country have votes but do nothing. They could activate political and economic sanctions, but generally, they are paying lip service.
This has now been symbolically captured by a short clip from a black and white film from a century ago. It perfectly expresses the geopolitical response to Israel and its self anointed victimhood. They murder and destroy while pretending that they are the ones who deserve sympathy. The narcissism is blinding.
