Stop and Search ‘racist’ Tory councillor removed from Dorset’s police and crime panel

In 2020 this makes very depressing viewing. Some may call it ignorance others overt racism but whatever it is no one should be in a position of authority and say what he does. This level of prejudice is ultimately the problem. It is like a festering boil on the buttock of society.

There should be compulsory re training for any person who holds these views. If they decline then they should be barred from any position of authority until they can prove they see the world without the prism of bigotry to distort it.

Mr Pipe is seen here speaking at an online meeting of the police and crime panel last month which was discussing a report which found black people in Dorset were 25 times more likely to be stopped and searched than white people.

Police and crime commissioner (PCC) Martyn Underhill and other councillors attending the meeting distanced themselves from the Conservative councillor’s claims.

Thankfully Dorset police appear to be trying to remedy an issue that sees them with the worst per capita stop and search of black people in the country but they too still have a long way to go:

Let us make the likes of Councillor Pipe’s attitudes extinct and challenge every misinformed person or simply remove them from our contact groups. If they are not prepared to learn and get informed both morally and intellectually then they are of no use to the decent.

We know that part of the explanation comes from the corporate media who publish lies to create division:

Feeding racism is just as much a problem as actual racism.

For those who still sympathise with Councillor Pipe this may help:
