Dear whoever,

In this day and age, of nanotechnology, quantum physics, cures for malaria, cancer, ruined countries by shite economical situations, lies, propaganda, theft of the NHS, Post Office and many other grandly ignored larcenies committed on a daily basis I find it nothing short of fucking ridiculous that a woman who has dedicated most of her life to stop kids drowning, you reward her with a conviction for slightly grabbing someone by the arm for messing around. Even if the child hasn’t messed around, then surely there must be leniency for making a mistake? She didn’t abduct, touch inappropriately or in any way shape or form abuse the child. She simply stopped a child by holding onto their arm. As a child, I remember being grabbed, slapped, shouted at etc not only becuase I was a dick, but also because it was acceptable to do so as long as excessive force wasnt introduced for behaviour worthy of a demon.

To prosecute someone who has clearly dedicated their lives to help others for FREE, to incriminate and put into the same category as thieves, rapists and murderers-CRIMINALS- is nothing short of utter madness. We all know political correctness has gone too far already but this takes the cake. If I am correct, it is now illegal to touch a child, not inappropriately, simply to protect or prevent the disruption of the other kids around, then so be it. I am not suggesting hitting a child round the face with a steel bar, but to simply hold back, as would any parent, a child who might be being a bit difficult. If it is now a criminal offence it is a joke and makes our once great country look like a laughing stock. Woman looks at child in the wrong way, gets life for being a paedophile…come on. Where do you draw the line?

I don’t for one second agree with physical abuse but if you’re child can’t deal with being restrained by a simple grab on the arm, perhaps your parenting skills should be seriously questioned, not the teachers. Imagine the life of a child who has never known anything other than praise? That’s how you get Justin Beibers. Spoilt little fuckers. I do not advocate the use of violence at all but holding a child by the arm is not violence. Look up the definition in the dictionary. Proportionate measures are required in certain circumstances. As for the mother who went through with this prosecution, be proud. Be proud of the fact that you just ruined everything. YOU should be the one in jail for teaching your kid that you can do what you want without fear of retribution. Well done, another spoiled brat running amok for the sake of your bullshit pc pride. Grow up, sort your kids out, we don’t live in a world of marshmallows and fairies.

You are the reason your kid got grabbed. You are the reason kids get away with ridiculous bullshit while good people get criminal offences. Well done for making it impossible to instill a sense of responsibility and for criminalising teachers doing their job.
