As part of the Green Community Fair, The Mighty Pen’s Lead Tutor Bob Hill will be running a free workshop where we will create poems, flash fiction and a short script as we re-cycle and re-use old newspapers, magazines and brochures; giving further life and use to the words in tomorrow’s chip wrappers. Please bring old newspapers, magazines and any printed material that you feel happy to take a pair of scissors to.
The workshop will run as part of a programme of events celebrating poetry and the written and spoken word in the Shelley Theatre, Beechwood Avenue, BOURNEMOUTH, BH51LX on Saturday 31st of August.
Places for the workshop are restricted to 20 and free tickets can be booked by clicking on the following link. Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
