These People Leave Laughing Emojis Under Any News Stories About Immigrants Drowning

Just a small update on Ann Widdecombe, whom you can check on my post-mortem comments, which were pretty respectful.

There are a lot of people (quite rightly) calling out people for ‘celebrating’ her death. These are very few people, and I condemn their comments as well.

Well-known gay commentators such as Daniel Lismore criticised her in passing but didn’t rejoice in the dreadful and mysterious circumstances of her death.

What I find hypocritical is that a hell of a lot of the criticism (and tarring the entire left wing with the same brush) is coming from the very same people who leave ‘crying with laughter’ reactions under any news story about immigrants drowning.

The very same people coming up with comments defending Alfie Coleman for his planned Nazi terrorist attack on Tesco colleagues.

Ann herself had no real respect for the dead.

She basically said she didn’t care about John Smith’s death and wrote a very negative piece about Tony Benn when the great man died.

Ann has died tragically, and any jubilation is well out of order, but although she was a lovely person in the normal world, remember that she was a horrible person politically, and her negative legacy lives on tragically to the detriment of many people who want to live their own lives.

There are those trying to make political capital out of this murder, and they should be dealt with as contemptuously as they should be.

All we know so far is that the police believe there were no political or terrorist motives and the person earlier arrested on suspicion of murder has been released.

All decent people can hope for at this moment in time is that the police have enough information and evidence to work on to eventually bring Ann’s murderer to justice.
