Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with footage to come forward following an affray in Weymouth.

It is reported that at around 3.35pm on Saturday 8 April 2023 an altercation occurred involving a cyclist and the occupants of a white Ford Transit van and a silver Ford C-Max on Preston Beach Road.

Three people sustained injuries during the incident, which are not believed to be serious.

Police Constable Joseph Garrard, of Weymouth police, said: “I am looking to speak to anyone who witnessed this incident and may have information to help our enquiries.

“An investigation is underway to establish the full circumstances of what happened and I am keen to hear from any motorists who may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.”
