Officers are issuing CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to following a public order incident in Wareham.

At around 12am on Sunday 1 September 2024, an altercation occurred involving two groups of young men in South Street outside Wareham Pizza and Kebab causing minor injuries.

Approximately five minutes later, the victim – a man aged in his 40s – attended the area in his vehicle to collect two of the men.

It is reported that two unknown men made threats toward the victim while in possession of a knife and a bottle.

Police Constable Mark Mills, of Purbeck police, said: “I have been continuing to carry out enquiries into this incident and am now in a position to issue CCTV images of two men I would like to speak to.

“While I appreciate the images are not the best quality, I am hoping someone may still be able to recognise the men from their clothing.”
