Mighty America has tried to crush socialist Cuba for 62 years with a stringent regime of immoral and illegal sanctions and a trade embargo. For thirty years in succession the UN General Assembly, the world’s government, has voted to condemn the US for its sanctions and embargo which has cost thousands of lives and undermined the Cuban economy.
The UN General Assembly vote to condemn America last June was 184 votes for and only 2 against. America & Israel voted against the rest of the world. Colombia, Brazil and Ukraine abstained. Sanctions are an act of war and punishment for nations who breach international law and commit war crimes.
Yet the US and UK were not sanctioned for bombing Yugoslavia, invading Iraq and Afghanistan and bombing Libya back to the stone age. What rancid hypocrisy and decrepit double standards. Condemn America’s illegal sanctions against Cuba & Venezuela and demand an end to US imperialism and exceptionalism.
The USA’s biggest export is guns. Cuba’s biggest export is doctors.
