Volunteer Information Fairs Bridport & Dorchester.Fancy learning new skills, helping to save lives or being part of a great team but don’t know where to look or who to ask? then come along to a Volunteer information Fair with no obligations to sign up to anything – just gather info and ask questions to over 20 local organisations with a wide range of opportunities. The Bridport event is on Monday 3rd June from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Bridport Town Hall and the Dorchester event is on Wednesday 5th June at the Dorchester Town Hall (upstairs to the Corn Exchange) from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Both events are part of the National Volunteers Week UK being run by the Volunteer Centre Dorset. who will also be there with over 2000 opportunities with some that you can do from the comfort of your own home or as part of a family day out. For those seeking employment volunteering can be a great way to learn new skills, meet people and help on your cv.
