I love how the Labour right are going nuts re the win in Wakefield, and mocking most Party members, campaigners etc by saying those on the Left will be crying etc. This is very revealing, of course….
1. We are not like you as outlined *in their own words* in Labour Leaks re *actively trying to lose general elections for Labour*.
Let that sink in. Some of those people have been promoted. Some of the same click paid out by Labour against its own legal advice. WHY would we want Wakefield to have a Tory MP?! The logic of these genuine imbeciles is that “Because we are a bunch of ****, everyone else must think the same way”. They are genuinely that arrogant & politically incompetent that they think bragging about a win ‘exposes’ the Left…?! No, it exposes YOU and the way you think and operate!!!
2. Keir Starmer is DEEPLY, DEEPLY unpopular. In the last poll, 11 percentage points behind Jeremy Corbyn… DESPITE having almost universal media, PLP and commentariat support, and impunity to act illegally, disgracefully, in a racist, bullying, harassing way. Complete impunity.
Corbyn had literally the opposite of all that, and still got a bigger vote share in 2017 *in that very same Wakefield seat*. Add to this facing literally the worst PM and government possibly ever, certainly in modern times, and then gloating about this sin while saying the Left will hate Wakefield not having a Tory MP… I mean, these people are truly, genuinely a cult. They are genuinely completely deluded and, as everyone keeps saying, to paraphrase Alexi Sayle, a lot of them-not all-are some of the worst human beings ever met!! As you can see from what I highlight here… which is just the top of a huge iceberg… good analogy really given what they have done to the Party… the unsinkable Titanic is very much sinking….
I genuinely don’t know how it’s possible to have all the massive, unprecedented advantages Starmer has had with media, commentariat, PLP etc and STILL, after everything re Johnson and still be less popular than him and seen as LESS competent. That is a very special, unique type of failure in the context of the advantages & Johnson. Starmer is more toxic than everything Putin has access to…combined. Breathtakingly terrible.
