Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward following a fail-to-stop collision in Poole.

At around 4.45pm on Tuesday 22 June 2021 officers were called to a report of a collision involving a white van and a moped on Alder Road near to the Alder Hills roundabout.

The rider of the moped – a woman aged in her 30s from Poole – did not sustain any injuries.

The white van did not stop at the scene or provide any details to the moped rider.

Police Constable Tracey Downer, of the traffic unit, said: “I believe there were a number of motorists in the area at the time of the incident and I would appeal to anyone who witnessed what happened to please get in touch.

“We are carrying out enquiries to try and locate the driver of the white van and I would urge any motorists who may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam to please come forward.”
