Officers investigating the theft of a bike in Christchurch are issuing CCTV images of the suspect.

At around 1.30pm on Friday 4 August 2023 a white, Samebike folding electric bike was stolen from outside the Captain’s Club Hotel in Wick Lane in Christchurch. The bike was removed from the rack outside the hotel.

Police Community Support Investigator Kate Hann, of Dorset Police, said: “We have been making enquiries into this theft and have obtained two CCTV images of the suspect. As can be seen, the suspect arrived on a white and turquoise mountain bike before leaving on the white electric bike.

“I would urge anyone who recognises her to come forward.

“I would also like to hear from anyone who came across a bike matching the description given above being offered for sale in suspicious circumstances.”
