Woman with serious injuries following collision in Poole

Officers investigating a road traffic collision in Poole are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.

At 9.03am on Tuesday 22 November 2022, Dorset Police received a report of the collision at the junction of Beechbank Avenue and Pinesprings Drive.

It involved a Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, driven by a 47-year-old woman from Poole, and a WK Scrambler motorcycle, ridden by a 40-year-old Poole woman.

The motorcyclist was taken by the ambulance service to hospital with serious injuries.

Police Constable Mark Palmer, of the traffic unit, said: “I am appealing for any witnesses to the collision, who have not yet spoken with officers, to please contact us.

“Any motorists, who have dashcam fitted and were driving in the area at the time, are urged to please check whether they have any relevant footage that may assist our enquiries.”
