AKA Tommy Robinson’s New T Shirts Selling Like Hot Cakes To His Far Right Chums

In a satirical twist of fate, far-right figure Tommy Robinson launched a new line of merchandise, including a T-shirt boldly emblazoned with the words “I Am a Cunt.” Meant as a sarcastic jab at his critics, the shirt quickly spiralled into an unexpected phenomenon when Robinson’s supporters began purchasing it in unprecedented numbers. The result? The T-shirt shattered all previous sales records for his brand; beating the other best seller “Believe Me At Your Peril”.

Originally designed as a tongue-in-cheek way for Robinson to “own” the insults thrown at him and to continue to live a life of luxury abroad, the message seemed to resonate far more deeply with his loyal followers than anticipated. Soon, his supporters were donning the shirts proudly, blissfully unaware of the layers of irony at play (irony to the far right is akin to milkshakes and Nigel Farage’s suits). Across social media hordes of people could be seen proudly wearing a shirt that essentially did the job of their critics for them.

Headlines like: “Tommy Robinson’s Supporters Finally Admit What The Rest Of Us Have Always Known” are becoming viral. Pundits across the political spectrum are debating whether the success was down to a misunderstanding of the shirt’s intent or Robinson taking advantage of the low IQ of his followers. One commentator cheekily remarked, “It’s like someone tattooing ‘idiot’ on their forehead and then boasting about how well it’s catching on.”

Despite the very obvious insult plastered across the front, Robinson’s fans have not batted an eyelid. They have embraced the merchandise with pride, intending to turn up at nationalist marches, football matches and pub meetups in their thousands, blissfully unaware that they’d armed their opponents with a perfect satirical weapon. Online memes were quick to appear, with captions like “Well, at least they’re being honest now,” alongside images of far-right activists wearing the infamous shirt.

“They Are As Dumb As They Look” has become the new mantra, as people having read the following article quickly realised what was going on.

‘Create idiots and keep them as idiots’ and the establishment have them in the palm of their hands, with minimal effort required.
