It was brought to our attention on Saturday, and confirmed from their website, that the hard line fascist group Britain First have chosen Weymouth as one of a very few target seats for the May local elections. Eight or so of their activists were parachuted in on Saturday, some from Manchester and leafleted the Littlemoor area.
It should be noted that this sort of fascist intervention is invariably accompanied by increase levels of racial assault and attacks on political activists in the area.
