I recorded this video back in 2016. I captured it at a critical turning point in my life.18 Months before that, I’d stood on the edge of a cliff looking down, my wife standing in front of me……On the outside it looked like I had it all, money, success, beautiful kids.
On the inside I was in constant pain.
You see, I had built myself a “prison” and I was too proud to ask for help, too manly to admit my problems to others and unsure where to turn next.
