What is a misogynist?

A misogynist is someone who holds within their consciousness (or sub consciousness) a deep-seated prejudice, hatred, or contempt towards women. Misogyny is a form of sexism and discrimination based on gender, specifically directed at females. It can manifest in various ways, such as verbal abuse, derogatory comments, objectification, belittling, or discrimination against women in social, economic, or political contexts.

Misogyny is a harmful and oppressive attitude that perpetuates gender inequality and can lead to the mistreatment and marginalisation of women in society. It is essential to address and challenge misogynistic beliefs and behaviours to promote gender equality and create a more inclusive and respectful society.

What is anti woke?

The term “woke” originally emerged as an African American Vernacular English term meaning “aware” or “conscious” of social and political issues, particularly those related to racism and inequality. Thus, anti woke is someone who is unaware or unconscious of social and political issues and continues to promote behaviour that is, for example, misogynist.
