BRIDPORT’S ANTIQUES AND VINTAGE CHRISTMAS BAZAAR

Quick on the success of the Antiques & Vintage Bazaar at the end of November the traders of the St Michael’s Trading Estate invite you to come to their Christmas Bazaar on Sunday 16th December 2012 from 10:00 am.

Clive & Norman Hayward have been very keen to lift the profile of St Michael’s and its traders and have been actively promoting the site. One way was to allow the market at the end of November and because of its success have permitted the Christmas Bazaar.

At the centre of St Michael’s is a bustling antiques and art area with its own café. Wonder around the eclectic mix of shops and stalls and soak up the atmosphere of this unique part of Bridport just minutes walk from the centre of town.

So whether you’re still looking for: an unusual Christmas present; need that extra chair or larger table for entertaining; would like a painting; an extra piece of furniture; or just stretch you legs and enjoy the atmosphere; come down to St Michael’s Sunday 16th December.

Celebrate Christmas with your local traders in what promises to be a festival of Bridport’s unique appeal, shoppers and browsers can enjoy the friendly experience of a street market and sample the mouth-watering food of The Red Brick Café. All this while being entertained by two local musician; you can even have a glass of mulled wine, a sausage roll or mince pie as you meander through.

There will be something of appeal to all budgets and tastes, with French, decorative, painted pine, vintage and architectural furniture plus vintage clothing, curtains and fabrics, together with decorative glass, ceramics and collectables. You never quite know what to expect! Christmas shoppers will also find themselves inspired by fresh and quirky ideas for Christmas. You could uncover anything from a barn door to a totem pole.

The traders of St. Michael’s wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year and look forward to seeing you this Sunday.
