Yesterday afternoon Dorset Police recieved a report from a concerned member of the public in Wraxall Close, Canford Heath stating that a suspicious male was seen hanging around outside of her property.

When confronted the male allegedly stated that he worked for BT and needed to enter the residents address to check her cabling.

When the resident told the male that she didnt have a BT contract the male left the address leaving a calling card; as seen below.

Poole West Police have conducted enquiries with BT who have stated that they believe the card left with the resident to be fake.

Should any resident experience any similar issues as outlined above, please contact Dorset Police on 101; or on 999 in an emergency.
