We have to be bold. We have to all want to make a difference. We have to talk and listen. We have to leave a legacy to be proud of.

To do that we have to **** Capitalism! **** Governments and **** Corporations.

Here is why.

Some reasons capitalism perpetually fails the majority:

  1. Proposes little or no solution to persistent poverty
  2. Generates a growing level of income inequality
  3. Fails to pay a living wage to billions of workers
  4. Not enough human jobs in the face of growing automation
  5. Doesn’t charge businesses with the full social costs of their activities
  6. Exploits the environment and natural resources in the absence of regulation
  7. Creates business cycles and economic instability
  8. Emphasises individualism and self-interest at the expense of community and the commons
  9. Encourages high consumer debt and leads to a growing financially-driven rather than producer-driven economy
  10. Lets politicians and business interests collaborate to subvert the economic interests of the majority of citizens
  11. Favours short-run profit planning over long-run investment planning
  12. Should have regulations regarding product quality, safety, truth in advertising, and anti-competitive behaviour
  13. Tends to focus narrowly on GDP growth
  14. Needs to bring social values and happiness into the market equation.

Why we have to **** Governements

Bad governance is centralised around the idea of not only corruption within a system but a lack of transparency and accountability, arbitrary policy making and the cheating of those who are governed. Very few governments have, are or will serve the public need. They are run by lobby groups acting on behalf of… corporations and the very wealthy.

Why we have to **** Corporations

Corporations are responsible for pollution, child labour, bribes and corruption, habitat destruction, global climate change and a host of other negative consequences. They are rarely held responsible and exploit their workforce to feed their shareholders and owners…. Every work member is merely a unit on a balance sheet to be bled dry for a very wealthy and powerful very small minority.

To be powerful humans need solidarity and a common set of goals to defeat these ganglords. They need unions to help in the transition to a human experience in which billions are not merely reduced to other people’s chattle.

Trade Unions: ‘It’s about standing up for those people who struggle to stand up for themselves”

Trade unions are NOT perfect. Nothing is or can be. However, if they need to improve then the more people contributing the better chance they have. Negativity is destructive unless it’s constructive.

And for all the negativity those same voices do not turn down the accomplishments do they?

To break free from the cage or just to make it more liveable we need solidarity not atomised nihilism.

Identify what we want then join a trade union or other proactive, liberating pressure group and let’s rid ourselves of the unwanted malignancy.

**** Capitalism! **** Governments! and **** Corporations!.
