Officers investigating a burglary in Bournemouth are issuing CCTV images of the suspects.

Sometime between 10.20am and 10.45am on Monday 3 September 2018 offenders gained access to an address in Wheaton Road.

The owner had gone out for a short period but had left a small side window insecure. As she returned home she disturbed the offenders and they quickly escaped from the property. It was discovered that a debit card had been stolen from a wallet left on the kitchen table.

The bank card was subsequently used in five different stores on Christchurch Road and Wimborne Road in the town.

Police Constable Jenna Bushby, of Bournemouth police, said: “Following enquiries I am issuing CCTV images of two suspects. I would urge anyone who recognises these men to please contact Dorset Police.

“I would also like to remind residents to ensure their doors and windows are locked when they go out to prevent themselves becoming a victim of crime.”
