Following this disgusting incident on Saturday evening

The British Transport Police (BTP), which manages the UK’s railway network, has arrested three men. They are a 57-year-old from Surbiton, a 61-year-old from West Molesey, and a 33-year-old from Christchurch, all of whom are currently in police custody.

In a statement released on Saturday, Assistant Commissioner Matt Twist remarked, “This operation occurred in exceptional circumstances, set against the backdrop of conflict in the Middle East, on Armistice Day, and amid a week of heated discussions on protest and policing. These factors collectively heightened community tensions.

“The remarkable and deeply concerning aspect of today’s events was the extreme violence exhibited by the right-wing protestors towards the police.”

This is a breaking story. More to follow….
