Christmas On Pokesdown Green – 22nd Nov from 5.30 pm (opposite Pokesdown Station)
Join us from 5:30 to celebrate the start of Christmas in Pokesdown as we switch on the tree lights with an event organised by the local community forum. There will be carol singing, hot mince pies and of course Father Christmas will be in attendance with presents!

The Christmas Tree lights will be switched on by an AFC Bournemouth player, who will also be available to sign autographs. There will be a raffle of prizes donated by local traders, including a voucher for Shoot Photo Studios, Santa sack to be personalised and a homemade Christmas cake.  Many of Pokesdown’s unique shops will stay open late after the lights are switched on so you can browse and pick up a few xmas presents.
