Please find a video report concerning disability access to dog exercise area on Preston Beach. Thought I should share after a councillor waved a map at us during last week’s full council meeting to discuss the increased dog ban. I’m 5’7″ and took this photo last week standing on the dogs allowed area. The shingle bank moves as you walk down and we found it equally difficult to access to the Promenade.
